oh&s Policies

At 370° group (together with its 4 divisions NECA Apprenticeships, NECA Skills Centre, 370º traineeships and tastec group training) we work with our host employers to meet Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.

In addition, a new host employer is required to undertake a compliancy check, which includes:

Completing a questionnaire to confirm that their company has policies and procedures to protect their employees in the workplace and that they demonstrate a commitment to preventing workplace accidents;
Signing an Agreement with us. This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of both parties, in compliancy with the relevant legislation.

As a part of our service, our OH&S Consultant is available to discuss any ideas, issues or problems that arise with regards to implementing health and safety improvements to your workplace.
