As per the new Privacy Sector Amendments to the Federal Privacy Act of 1988, we have regulated the way our business will use, store, keep, update, keep secure, collect and disclose personal information. Collection

370° group only collects information from you when reasonable and necessary for its functions and activities. Information will be collected in a fair and reasonable way and reasonable steps will be taken to inform you who we are, how to contact us and the reason for collecting the information.

Use and disclosure

370° group does not use or disclose personal information about you unless you have consented to the use or disclosure, except where authorized by law.

Data Quality

370º group takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information collected, used or disclosed about you is accurate, complete and up to date.

Data Security

370° group takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure and from misuse or loss. This will include destroying your information when it is no longer required.

Openness

Our privacy policy is available to anyone.

Access and Correction

370° group will provide you with access to your personal information it holds about you. We will also take reasonable steps to correct inaccurate information. In some situations 370° group may refuse to disclose information held, in this circumstance we will provide you with reason (s) for this within 30 days.

Identifiers

370° group will assign a unique identifier to you.

Anonymity

When entering a transaction with 370° group you will have the option of not identifying yourself if it is lawful and practicable to do so.

Sensitive Information

370° group will not collect sensitive information unless you have consented or if the collection is required for legal reasons.

Employee Records

In some circumstances employee records, which means information relating to the employment of an employee, may be exempt from the National Privacy Principles. In accordance with the above policy 370° group will maintain the privacy of employees when collecting, storing and using employee records.
